CraftLoop enables publishing and browsing craft listings and communication between users.
By using the service, users accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

These Terms define the rules for using CraftLoop, including responsibilities of users and platform operator.
These Terms are structured for alignment with EU consumer/data rules, electronic services regulations, GDPR, and EU platform obligations (including DSA principles).

CraftLoop enables publishing and browsing craft listings and communication between users.
By using the service, users accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
CraftLoop acts as a listing/marketplace platform. As a rule, it is not a party to sales contracts concluded between users unless expressly stated otherwise.
Registration requires a valid e-mail address and acceptance of these Terms and Privacy Policy.
Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and activities performed through their account.
Published content must be lawful, accurate, and consistent with the portal purpose (presentation of legal craft products).
The operator may moderate content and take action on content violating law or these Terms.
Anyone may report potentially illegal content by sending a substantiated notice to the contact e-mail and identifying the content in question.
Certain features (for example listing publication or listing enhancements) may require credits according to the current pricing.
Pricing terms are available in the user panel. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
The operator uses reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or absence of technical errors.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for user actions, user-generated content, or contracts concluded between users.
Service elements (code, visual assets, marks, database) are legally protected. Further use requires a valid legal basis.
Users may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
The operator may terminate electronic service provision in case of material or repeated Terms violations.
These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the operator's registered seat, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the consumer country of habitual residence.
Disputes should first be resolved amicably. Consumers may use statutory ADR/ODR mechanisms where available.
These Terms may be updated for legal, technical, or organizational reasons. The current version is published on the service website.
Complaints related to platform performance, moderation decisions, or legal violations should be sent to pkula@izon.pl. Responses are provided without undue delay, usually within 14 days.
