CraftLoop Terms of Service

1. General provisions

CraftLoop enables publishing and browsing craft listings and communication between users.

By using the service, users accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of the service

CraftLoop acts as a listing/marketplace platform. As a rule, it is not a party to sales contracts concluded between users unless expressly stated otherwise.

• The operator provides technical infrastructure and publishing tools.
• The listing user is responsible for legality, accuracy, and completeness of their listing.
• Buyers should independently verify transaction terms before purchase.

3. User account

Registration requires a valid e-mail address and acceptance of these Terms and Privacy Policy.

Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and activities performed through their account.

• Fake accounts, impersonation, and account sharing are prohibited.
• The operator may temporarily restrict or suspend an account in case of legal or Terms violations.

4. Content publishing rules

Published content must be lawful, accurate, and consistent with the portal purpose (presentation of legal craft products).

• Illegal, misleading, infringing, or rights-violating content is prohibited.
• Content violating consumer protection or product-safety rules is prohibited.
• Users grant the operator a non-exclusive license to display content for service operation.

5. Moderation and illegal content notices

The operator may moderate content and take action on content violating law or these Terms.

Anyone may report potentially illegal content by sending a substantiated notice to the contact e-mail and identifying the content in question.

• Moderation actions are taken proportionally and with respect for user rights.
• Users may appeal moderation decisions via e-mail contact.

6. Fees and credits

Certain features (for example listing publication or listing enhancements) may require credits according to the current pricing.

Pricing terms are available in the user panel. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

7. Liability

The operator uses reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or absence of technical errors.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for user actions, user-generated content, or contracts concluded between users.

8. Intellectual property

Service elements (code, visual assets, marks, database) are legally protected. Further use requires a valid legal basis.

9. Termination and account deletion

Users may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

The operator may terminate electronic service provision in case of material or repeated Terms violations.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the operator's registered seat, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the consumer country of habitual residence.

Disputes should first be resolved amicably. Consumers may use statutory ADR/ODR mechanisms where available.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated for legal, technical, or organizational reasons. The current version is published on the service website.
